How will The Lead Generation Company understand my business?

We have a tried and tested Onboarding process which goes through a variety of steps to uncover your Unique Selling Points (USPs), how we articulate this to your target market, training our Business Development Consultants and, covering your own Frequently Asked Questions & Objection Handling and ongoing training and optimisation when your campaign goes live.

How long is the onboarding process?

Typically it takes 2 working weeks. We start with an initial Kick-Off meeting and then create an action plan for going live. So once we get the green light from you we aim to start the actual outbound activity within 2 weeks.

How do you source your data?

This is our secret sauce! Our data comes with a 98% guaranteed accuracy because we create each target database based on your brief. We have developed many different sources and methods over the years to ensure its accuracy. For your additional comfort, we are fully GDPR compliant and have a GDPR statement along with a Data Processing Agreement.

Is your data GDPR Compliant?

Can you use the data that we provide?

Yes, many clients provide their own data. We can update and augment this as we go through the campaign. This means as an additional output your own marketing database is fully up to date.

Minimum campaign trial period?

This would be discussed per client however usually anywhere between 4-12 weeks.

How do I know if you have worked on a campaign before with a similar product or target market?

Please just ask! As we have been trading since 2012 the chances are it’s a yes as we work with a large range of sectors and different products.

How many Business Development Consultants (BDC) minimum are on a campaign?

We have a minimum of 2 BDCs working on your campaign depending on the amount of time we are working for you. This means the campaign is not over-reliant on any one person. We have resilience built in for things like staff holidays so there is never any downtime for you.

Would I get to meet the BDC and deal with them directly?

You will get to meet the BDC’s throughout the onboarding process for training. The Campaign Manager who runs your campaign and their team will be your main point of contact week on week.

What happens if we don’t get the results that we are looking for?

We have never been in a situation where leads have not been generated. We, therefore, guarantee that we will generate leads for you.

Do we get to choose who we want for our Business Development Consultant?

We assign the most experienced BDCs to your campaign. We want to make sure we are representing your company in the most professional manner. So we will ensure that the most appropriate people are put on to the campaign, taking previous experience and strengths into account.

When can I expect to get results?

We strive to get movement in the first week of the campaign starting. As part of the Onboarding Process, we agree on the right strategy so we can get quick wins for you.
