In celebration of our 10th anniversary, Glasgow B2B marketing agency The Lead Generation Company has pledged to raise £10k in a year for the charity YoungMinds.
The Lead Generation Company (TLGC) was founded in 2012 by Steven Smith, with the goal of providing high-quality lead generation services for UK businesses, and now we plan to give back.
With the support of our employees, we want to highlight how much we truly care about their mental well-being, both within and outside the workplace. In saying so, in 2022 we introduced our health and well-being bonus to all employees – and now we have the opportunity to spread our kindness further.
We would greatly appreciate if you can help us reach our target here.

Santa Dash
Several of our staff will be taking part in this year’s Glasgow Santa Dash 2022 raising funds for Young Minds. Make sure to cheer our employees on if you are in the city centre on Sunday 11th December!

Christmas jumper day
Our offices are going to be having a Christmas jumper day on Thursday 8th December. All money raised will be going towards Young Minds.

World cup sweepstake
Our offices recently drew a World Cup Sweepstake and all of our employees agreed that only 50% of the pot will go to the winner, with the other 50% going to Young Minds!

Several of our employees have signed up to complete Tough Mudder next year, with all money raised also going to Young Minds.

Meet Steven Smith
Voted Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 and one of the Top 25 Rising Stars in the Business Insider magazine for 2016. Steven is a multi-award-winning Director.
Steven has also worked worldwide with some of the world’s most prestigious companies – including Google, Boeing, The Ritz Carlton and Barclays.
Our Offices
Over the last 10 years we have grown to have 3 offices in the UK. We have offices in Glasgow, London & Manchester.
We are hoping to expand into other regions in the coming years, so watch this space!
Our People
Our people are our greatest asset. Our Campaign Managers have been promoted from within, having been very successful telemarketers themselves, meaning they know how to generate the best high-quality leads.
We provide our staff with a monthly health & wellbeing bonus because we value their physical & mental health.
